Information Retrieval To The Prediction Of The Volume Of Olive Production And Olive Oil Prices In Provenance By An Expert System Based Dialogue

The project proposes an expert system based on spoken dialogue applied to the extraction of information on the status of agricultural olive holdings.
This system will allow the custom query the qualitative status of each production, through voice telephony and by ensuring that a greater amount of information that exists today is collected. Note that it is not responding to a prerecorded form and store the answers to each question. The project aims at a dialogue system that keeps a guided conversation, in order to extract relevant and appropriate data for further direct use in statistical studies, or for the development of predictive models. The data from these queries significantly enhance the prediction methods of production volume and the estimated price at origin, values ​​overwhelming interest in the olive oil sector.
